We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
If you're not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.
Please note all items must be returned within 30 days and must be unused and unworn. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged by a cat, dog, turtle, goat, dragon, or any other mythical creature or odour.

All of our products come with a 30 day refund period if you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Please note some of our promotional items are shipped from our warehouse in Asia which potentially could incur import taxes. The value paid by customers on promotional items is however normally lower than most countries import tax threshold although in a scenario where taxes have applied the customer is responsible for all fees/taxes.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavour to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
